Bishop Charles S. Miller is a retired U.S. Army veteran, ordained bishop with the Church of God, headquarters Cleveland, TN and founder of Elisha Ministries. With over 26 years in pastoral leadership and a global outreach spanning the U.S., Europe, and Hawaii, he is committed to proclaiming the gospel, making disciples, and equipping believers for Kingdom service. A devoted husband, father, and grandfather, Bishop Miller holds a B.A. in Business Administration from McKendree University.
